- Please note that de-installation is the responsibility of the buyer. The facility imposes certain requirements on the de-installation team, which include: - Proof of Insurance: The team must provide proof of adequate insurance coverage prior to de-installation in the amount of xxxx.xxx - Compliance with Safety Protocols: All safety regulations and protocols must be strictly adhered to during the process. - Qualified Technicians: Only qualified and certified technicians should carry out the de-installation. - Business Hours Scheduling: De-installation must be scheduled and conducted within normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM). -Proper Handling and Removal: Care must be taken to ensure no damage occurs to the facility during handling and removal of the equipment. -Coordination with Facility Management: Arrangements must be made for access to the facility’s loading dock and a ground-level exit. - Waste Disposal: Any waste or debris generated during the de-installation must be disposed of in accordance with facility guidelines. - Timely Completion: The entire de-installation process must be completed within the agreed-upon timeframe.
