**The New Brunswick Scientific BIOFLO 110 is a modular fermentation system for microbial and cell culture applications. The BioFlo 110 fermenter automates procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of results. Operators can set points for both pH and dissolved oxygen (DO), which can be automatically maintained with this modular fermenter. Users can control pH through gas, acid or base addition with the cascade feature. Gas or addition agitations can be also used for DO manipulation. Users can also increase control flexibility by adjusting P-I-D values for both pH and DO.
